Rental Agreement

Terms Of Usage:

  • No Tires! A charge of $25.00 will be added for each tire if found in dumpster.

  • No hazardous material such as paint, oil, ect.

  • No Batteries

  • No propane tanks

  • The customer takes full responsibility for damage done to sidewalks, driveways, lawns, ect.

  • Overweight dumpsters will be charged a fee of $60.00 minimum (6yd &10yd- 2 Ton limit, 15yd &20yd- 3 Ton limit, 30yd- 4 Ton Limit)

  • Any damage to dumpsters can result in damage fee starting at $75.00

Dumpster Size

Each rental includes 2 week rental time. Unless a special request has been made.

Each Additional day is $20.00

 

We will happily place dumpster wherever you’d like as long as our truck doesn’t have to leave drive and is accessible during inclement weather. 

 

Please make sure dumpster is ready to go on pick up day and not blocked in. (We start picking up at 7am) If we can not access dumpster at pickup a $40 fee will apply 

 

** Please understand dumpster trucks are heavy and what you put in dumpster is likely heavy, even though we take precautions there is no way to guarantee that no damage will occur**
